Reservation Procedure:
Reservation Request: Customers can make a reservation request via our website, by phone (via WhatsApp or call), and by email.
Required Information: To process the reservation, we request relevant information such as full names, travel dates, destinations, special preferences, and any other information necessary to meet the customer’s needs.
Availability Confirmation: Once the reservation request is received, we check the availability of the requested services and confirm the reservation based on availability and customer preferences.
Quote and Payment: We provide a detailed quote for the requested services, including total costs, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
Reservation Conditions:
Reservation Deadline: It is recommended to make reservations as early as possible to guarantee the availability of the desired services. However, we accept reservations up to a certain deadline before the start of the trip, subject to availability.
Deposit and Full Payment: An initial deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to guarantee the requested services. Final payment must be made before the start date of the trip, as specified in the quote. Payment can be made using any payment method (cash and/or debit or credit card, PayPal).
Reservation Changes: Changes may be requested to an existing reservation, subject to availability and change and cancellation policies. Change fees may apply, as determined by Kobaya Tours. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations are subject to cancellation policies and may incur fees. Penalties may apply for late cancellations or failure to comply with cancellation conditions.
Reservation Confirmation:
Written Confirmation: We provide written confirmation of the reservation once payment has been made and the availability of the requested services has been confirmed.
Reservation Details: The confirmation will include reservation details such as travel dates, itinerary, included services, accommodation, transportation, and any other information relevant to the customer.
Emergency Contact: A 24/7 emergency contact will be provided to customers to communicate in case of any issues or emergencies during the trip.
