At Kobaya Tours, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of a reservation. This policy sets out the terms and conditions for canceling reservations and requesting refunds for our tour services.
Cancellation of Reservations:
Cancellation Notification: Customers must notify Kobaya Tours of any reservation cancellation as soon as possible, preferably in writing, by email, or via the contact information provided.
Cancellation Deadlines: The deadline for canceling a reservation without penalty is 30 days’ notice, otherwise no refund will be given. If the customer wishes to change their reservation, they must notify us at least 15 days prior to arrival. After this deadline, the customer will be charged 20% of the total reservation amount for any changes.
Refunds:
Refunds for Cancellations: If a reservation is canceled within the specified time frame and the cancellation conditions are met, a refund will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.
Refund Timeframes: Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after receipt of the cancellation request and confirmation of eligibility for a refund.
